Sabana Reit moving again

Today Sabana reit opened above the trendline. After selling down, it is now 1 pip above the opening price. It looks like resuming its upward momentum.

Dow Jones at resistance level

I am expecting the profit taking for the next 5 days. As such I am more cautious in my outlook. I am to preparing exits for some of my investments. The idea is to buy them back at a lower price.

Why am i so confident? Take a look at the Dow Jones Industrial index. This is a weekly chart from 1994 up to today. The index is now at an important resistance level.
The overall trend is still up. My strategy is to buy on dips and sell on resistance.

NOL Breakout!

NOL has been gaining on the back of the rise of shipping stocks in the past year. Today, it broke above the high of the ascending triangle of 2.35, which is the highest for the past 2 years.
I expect a re-tracement back to the resistenace-turn-support, upon which i plan to enter.

Capitaland turing bullish

After languishing in a steady slide since October, the indicators are finally turning for Capitaland. It has bounched off the trendline and finally crossed the 55EMA. This signals to me that the downtrend is over.
My favorite setup is to buy stocks near to support and showing signs of bullishness. I have put in 3 levels of resistance and 2 levels of support for profit taking and cutting loss.
Do expect some chopiness in the coming few days as there will be people who think it is still on a downtrend. The market is generally overbought with poor sentiment, though the expectation of non-farm payroll this friday is generally good.
